The Shine Strengths programme is a unique mentoring initiative at 娇色导航, designed to unlock each girl’s inherent strengths, foster confidence, and equip them with essential life skills for a successful future. This programme is integral to 娇色导航’s commitment to holistic education, fostering resilient and confident young women.听

Our inspirational mentors share diverse experiences, providing girls with practical insights they can apply to their personal and future pathways.

The Shine Strengths Programme focuses on connecting girls with Navigational Strengths that already exist within each of them. The programme endeavours to not only identify these strengths, but provide clarification around what they are, how powerful they can be and how to further develop them.

This self-awareness journey is delivered through Shine Pathfinder and Summit for younger students, and Shine Workshops and Connect for seniors. It is reinforced through tailored Pop-Ups, where mentors share real, relevant stories, alongside Shine Star Awards recognising strengths in action and embedded experiences across school life, including camps.

At the heart of Shine, there is one simple truth: Life is not linear. That鈥檚 a good thing.

Very little unfolds exactly as planned. There will be changes, challenges, and unexpected opportunities. There is magic in the detours. We discover strengths we didn鈥檛 know we had. We meet people who influence us in unpredicted ways. That鈥檚 what our girls learn through Shine and its ground-breaking shared stories mentoring approach.

Learning through shared stories

At Shine, we鈥檝e found the ideal way for girls to learn about their navigational strengths: shared, specific stories. We鈥檝e built a network of over 400 Shine Mentors sharing stories from diverse industries, backgrounds and life experiences. Mentors meet our girls and discuss their unexpected detours; detailed, honest, human accounts of navigating change.
